6. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vertexrouterear.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your participation in tours.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, force majeure, or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
